By accessing hubcoreflow.one and purchasing or enrolling in informational programs operated by Hub Core Flow, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site.

Hub Core Flow provides educational content about prompt design, evaluation, and workflow integration. Sessions may be cohort-based or self-paced. Deliverables are educational, not professional legal, medical, or tax advice.

When you request information, you must provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for safeguarding access to any accounts or meeting links we issue. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Course materials, templates, and branding remain owned by Hub Core Flow or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for internal learning during enrollment. Redistribution requires written permission.

You may not use the services to harass participants, scrape the site in ways that impair performance, submit unlawful content, or attempt to reverse engineer proprietary systems. We may suspend access for violations.

To the fullest extent permitted under Brazilian law, Hub Core Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in programs. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Courts located in the State of Acre shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, with notice where reasonable. You may stop using the site at any time.
