Returns & Refunds Policy

Scope
This policy covers paid enrollments for Hub Core Flow digital training where prices are listed in BRL. Informational browsing remains free.
Cooling-off Period
Consumers governed by Brazilian consumer law may withdraw from distance contracts within seven calendar days of purchase, unless statutory exceptions apply. Where a statutory fourteen-day window applies to your transaction, that longer period prevails.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be emailed to the contact address with enrollment details. If more than thirty percent of live sessions or proprietary downloads have been consumed, partial refunds may apply to reflect delivered value.
Non-refundable Items
Third-party fees, purchased software licenses outside our control, or customized mentor engagements documented separately are non-refundable once delivered.
Process and Timing
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days and may take up to two billing cycles to appear depending on your payment method. Installment totals remain as contracted unless a partial refund is explicitly stated in writing.
Cancellation by Hub Core Flow
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date. We are not responsible for consequential costs such as travel.
