People & roles

We formed around a simple annoyance: beautiful slide decks about “AI strategy” that never survived contact with real tickets. Hub Core Flow exists to weld prompts, evaluation grids, and automation hooks to the work you already ship.

Principles etched into every cohort

  • Artifacts beat adjectives—if it cannot be versioned, it is not done.
  • Mentor notes stay specific, referencing line numbers, rubric rows, or diff hunks.
  • We disclose exclusions loudly so procurement and learners share the same reality.
  • We rotate facilitators through support shifts so empathy stays grounded.

Timeline

  1. 2019 — First closed-door labs with operations groups in São Paulo and Manaus.
  2. 2022 — Published pairwise grid templates now reused under NDA by three logistics pods.
  3. 2025 — Open catalog with BRT-friendly labs and Acre-based correspondence address.
